Filter of Hope

Bringing clean water and Christ's love to those in desperate need of both.

Bringing clean water and Christ's love to those in desperate need of both.

Families living in poverty deserve access to clean drinking water.

Motivated by the compassion of Christ, Filter of Hope brings clean water to people who are thirsty.

By manufacturing and distributing simple, life-saving water filters, we provide families living in poverty easy access to clean, safe drinking water—250 gallons a day for 10 years. The entire water filter kit fits inside a quart-sized bag and costs just $40 to purchase.
For a $50 donation, we’ll deliver a water filter to a family in need and install it on your behalf.

For most families, receiving our water filter means they have clean water in their home for the first time ever.

In 2012, we distributed the first Filter of Hope water filters in the Dominican Republic. Since then, we’ve expanded to 10 additional countries in the Caribbean and Central America, and our partner organizations have taken our water filters to more than 55 countries worldwide.

Filter of Hope is:

Compassion-driven

God’s love motivates us to help families throughout the world who are struggling with water-borne illnesses and experiencing spiritual darkness. By offering people clean water and the gospel, they experience honor, dignity, and hope.

Mission-focused

Our goal is to see the end of the global water crisis. Beyond even that, we desire to see the fulfillment of Jesus’ Great Commission.

Partner-building

By linking arms with churches and like-valued organizations, we can maximize our mission impact around the globe. Our in-country partners help us bridge the cultural gap and work more effectively in their communities.
